The star of the show for me and many others, frustrating when they get stuck in that bud stage, frustrating when they have such short flowering period, but worth it. 

Great globes of star flowers! A flower that dries fantastically and provides autumn interest + structure. 

Poppies do need a bit of extra TLC but my word are they worth it. A gentle unfurl of the petals and a flame to their stem and they can hold well! 

Its a double duty floral! Sweet rocket brings the colour in May and June, then if you can hold off picking them, the silvery seed pods in autumn are amazing too.

Towers of colour that can bring great structure to an eyecatching arrangement. 

I am lucky these grow fantastically in my garden, work as cut flowers and so low maintenance!
